Nov Book Review: In My Dreams, By Jada Parks

What I love most about the incredible work I do with independent authors, is being able to meet amazing young talents like Jada Parks! In her new book, In My Dreams, Jada takes the opportunity to introduce two breathtaking characters that you will be sure to fall in love with. While reading this innocent teenage love story, I experienced so many exhilarating emotions. Also, aside from growing in my Italian language, and wanting to see this book turned into my favorite Netflix series, I even found myself taking sides with the main protagonist Yazmin on several occasions...

I am truly emotional, Thanks Jada!

Nevertheless, outside of being a sap for a good ole chick-lit book, I give In My Dreams, an A+ for creativity, structure, and execution.

If you're in the mood for a good fictional read, or you want to support the voice of a rising young writer, purchase In My Dreams today!

Yazmin Blake is a 16-year-old girl with hopes of adventure! However, in reality, she has a very boring life and desperately wishes to escape the agony of her daily routine.

School, home, eat, sleep.

Oh, the dreaded teenage life. Then suddenly, Yazmin falls asleep one night and is awakened to a reality that she doesn’t want to escape in her dreams.

In her second life, she finds herself more popular and attractive, leading her to date the boy of her dreams. But as her vivid dreams continue, she realizes that her second life is becoming harder and harder to manage. Now she must decide between putting herself or her first “love” first to remain sane. Will she be able to turn her fantasies into reality, or will they just stay in her dreams?
